Workout of the Day (WOD)s will be open to all Skill levels.
The WODS are open to experienced CrossFitters and anyone who has tested out or completed the ITB "On Ramp" program. Each class is one hour of group, instructor-led activity. Each WOD will be different and may include one or more of the following: warmup, strength conditioning, midline, and metcon components.
ON RAMP Classes:
All members must sign up in advance for OnRamp classes. The OnRamp consists of 5 one-on-one fundamental classes structured to teach the CrossFit movements and 2 Group classes. These classes are scheduled based operating hours and your availability. Members must attend all 7 classes to be eligible for participating in WOD classes. We are focused on getting everyone to move well and learning the fundamentals. It is just the beginning of your CrossFit journey.
Open to all skill levels. Yoga focuses on balance, strength, flexibility and power skills and complements your CrossFit workouts.
